Baby Sleep Training Online Group Class
REGISTRATION HELD OVER UNTIL MONDAY 10PM!
For ages 4 months – 18 months
A 3 week course designed to get your baby SLEEPING
This means: naps of 1-2 hours each, and staying settled at night for 11-12 hours!
Tuesday nights, starting April 21st, 8PM-9PM SK time, on Zoom
**May 4th start date available too**
- Week 1 – Setting the foundation and the right schedule, choosing the Sleep Training technique that’s right for your family
- Week 2 – Q and A, Check in on progress, make necessary adjustments, troubleshoot problems, and celebrate!
- Week 3 – Q and A, wrap up the plans, prepare you for future regressions, travel tips, how to make nap transitions, and handle changes
- All delivered on Zoom, with a private Facebook group for questions
